He called me a couple days before my appointment to confirm. The day of the appointment he hit a bit of traffic and called to let me know he’d be a few minutes late. When he got there I took him in to show him the area and he was very candid with me about what needed to be done. After he finished (which took longer than expected due to the state of the carpet in the rental) I asked him if I still owed the original quoted amount (I figured it would be more due to the extra work) but he told me that we agreed on a price and he was going to stick to it! He did a fantastic job! The carpet looks brand new! He was professional, friendly and all around a great guy! I would definitely recommend to everyone! read less

I called several places to get estimates (you know how that goes, they give you an estimate on the phone, but then show up and it always goes up because they didn’t add this or that). John assured me that his price was just that, THE price because that’s how he does business. He was BY FAR the nicest, most reasonably priced and easiest person to work with.
